This was my first trip to Seoul for beauty treatments and I am SO happy with my experience at Vellicell. I was given a private room and never did I have to wait, service was incredibly prompt. There is nothing worse than going to a medical appointment and having to wait! The doctor was very knowledgeable. The doctor that did the consultation did my procedures, he was the only doctor I saw. Something important that I think people worry about is being pressured into getting the most expensive treatments. Never ever did I feel like I was being upsold to. In fact we went with the lesser of some treatments because the doctor said I didn’t need more. All of the procedures were done very thoroughly. When I was in pain during some of the injections the doctor gave me some extra numbing at no charge. The clinic is also very clean and has a beautiful waiting/treatment rooms. I would recommend this clinic to everyone! So happy with the results!
