I had a great experience with my LASIK procedure. The entire process was smooth and well-organised, with the pre-assessment being very thorough and comprehensive. The doctor was excellent in explaining the different procedures and clearly walked me through the options that my eyes were eligible for, which gave me confidence in making an informed decision. The translators were also fantastic. They explained everything clearly and were there to guide and assist me throughout the entire procedure, making the experience much more comfortable and reassuring. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I’m very happy with the professionalism, care and support provided throughout the process. Highly recommended!
