I visited around 12:30. An employee who was wearing a white blouse alone at the time applied anesthetic cream. From the beginning, the anesthetic cream was not applied equally on both sides. One side was applied up to the cheekbones, but not the other side of the cheekbones. So I asked them to apply it to the affected area as well, and they said, “Ah, then I'll fix everything,” and the tone and expression were quite loud and uncomfortable. It's not an unreasonable request to properly apply an anesthetic cream, but I don't know why patients who paid for the procedure should feel bad because of this kind of response. I hope not only the procedure itself, but also the basic attitude towards dealing with patients will be improved.
